House Rules

Quite hours in the community are 11p-8a.
The HOA allows 8 guest passes, usable at the amenities, they do not issue additional even for a cost.
No fireworks permitted on the property or open flame/fire pit.
Trash must be taken to the trash area and not left outside at any time.
No parties or proms of any kind permitted.
No pets.

Community amenities – lake, pool (seasonal), community center and more. Amenities can be closed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. No swim diapers in main pool.
Note: HOA limits 8 beach tags (Wrist bands) per stay and does not allow to purchase additional tags and are required for everyone 5 and over. However there are public lake beaches at Beltzville and Hickory Run State Park nearby.
